The critter's got a nice Chthulu-esque quality to it. I like the fact its nose literally gets out of joint after it brings down the helicopter.

I believe the creature was a radioactively mutated baboon, but of course, any explanation that fits would do. I think the same truck turns up in BLACK SCORPION..
